The Center School

The Center School offers humanities-based, personalized learning to 300 students in grades 9-12 as part of the Seattle Public Schools. The school is located at the Seattle Center among regional attractions and resources including Pacific Northwest Ballet, Intiman Theatre, Experience Music Project, Key Arena, Pacific Science Center, and the iconic Space Needle. Center School occupies 19,000 square feet in the Center House, which also houses a food court, art gallery, conference center, Seattle Center administrative offices, and the Children's Museum. Located on the 3rd and 4th mezzanine levels, the school overlooks the building's bustling atrium and features advisory groups to connect students and staff, project-based studies, and internships for "real world" experiences.
